What we collect on this website
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, company, email address, the service you selected, and your message. The form is processed by Formspree (our form provider) and delivered to our mailbox at info@bidwisebureau.com. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver the work.
No tracking
This website runs no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party marketing cookies. We do not sell, rent or share your information with data brokers or advertisers.
Client documents and AI assistance
Proposal work is prepared with AI assistance and reviewed by a human before delivery. If you send us solicitation documents or company material, we treat them as confidential: they are used only for your engagement, are not published, and are not used to train public models by us. Some processing tools we use may process text on their own infrastructure under their own terms; if your tender has specific handling requirements (for example an NDA or an ITAR/export-control restriction), tell us before sending documents and we will agree a handling method in writing — or decline the work if we cannot meet the requirement.
Business outreach
We contact businesses using publicly listed business contact details, relevant to the services we offer. Every outreach email identifies us and includes a simple opt-out ("reply remove"), which we honour. We do not buy or scrape personal email lists.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry emails are kept while they are useful for the relationship and deleted on request. You may ask at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it: email info@bidwisebureau.com and we will comply within a reasonable time.
