Pricing — fixed and in writing
Compliance matrix + bid/no-bid review: $149 flat per solicitation (standard scope below). Red-team review: $299 flat (standard scope below). Full proposal packages: from $950, quoted flat for your tender before we start. Outsourced bid department: from $2,000/month flat with a written monthly scope. We never charge a percentage of contract awards or any success fee. If work falls outside the agreed scope, we quote it flat and in writing first — no surprise invoices.
Payment
Payment is arranged by email after the scope is agreed — we send an invoice/payment link before work begins. We do not take card details on this website and never ask you to email card numbers.
Scope and completed intake
Standard scope for the $149 review is one solicitation and its published document set; for the $299 red-team review, one draft proposal for one solicitation. Work beyond the document set supplied at intake, additional solicitations, or substantial post-deadline amendments are quoted separately before work continues. One clarification/revision round is included in each fixed price. "Completed intake" means: the solicitation link and document set are received, the fixed scope is confirmed in writing, and any inputs listed in the intake checklist have been supplied. Turnaround is stated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in the client's market) and the clock starts at completed intake — never at first email.
Turnaround
Stated turnaround times (for example, the two-business-day matrix) run from completed intake, as defined below, and assume standard scope. If a deadline cannot be met, we tell you before you pay, not after.
No guarantee of award
We write and review proposals; award decisions belong entirely to the buying authority. We do not and cannot guarantee shortlisting, award, or any evaluation outcome.
Tender information
Tender listings, deadlines and summaries we share come from official sources (SAM.gov, CanadaBuys, TED, AusTender). They are a discovery aid only: always verify requirements, eligibility and deadlines on the original notice before relying on them.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of company information you provide, for your registrations and eligibility, for final review of every document, and for submitting bids through your own accounts by the deadline.
Confidentiality
We treat your non-public material as confidential and use it only for your engagement, as described in our privacy page.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. These terms do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force for your engagement is the one in place when the scope was agreed, unless we both agree a change in writing.
