Bidwise Pro is the daily version of the Monday Brief. Each weekday you get one email: every service-sector notice posted in the last 24 hours across SAM.gov, CanadaBuys and TED that matches your sectors and regions, every response date in the next seven days (soonest first, linked to its notice, with a calendar file), and new sources-sought notices while the set-aside decision is still open.
The rules that keep it usable
- Nothing twice. A notice you were already sent does not come back as new. It reappears only when something material changes — a moved date or an amendment — and then it is marked as changed.
- No empty emails. If nothing matches your filters on a given day, we do not send.
- Your filters. Pick your sectors (facilities, civil & construction services, IT, professional services) and your markets and regions at signup; change them any time by email.
- Source-linked, always. Every item links to its notice on the official portal. Confirm the time, time zone and any amendment there before you submit.
Price — founding rate through 30 November 2026
$39/month founding rate (standard $49/month from 1 December) — or $390/year founding (standard $490/year). Subscribe by 30 November and your rate stays at the founding price for as long as your subscription stays active.
7 days free. Your first seven days cost nothing and no payment details are taken up front. After the trial, we send a Payoneer payment request for the plan you chose; the subscription runs while payments are current, and you can cancel any time by email — no portal, no lock-in, no card stored with us.
Founding rate — what “active” means
- Active means your paid-through date has not passed and the subscription has not been cancelled. The founding rate is locked only while the subscription stays active under these terms.
- Renewal: each renewal is a fresh Payoneer payment request, sent about 3 days before your paid-through date. Nothing is auto-charged.
- Grace period: if a renewal is unpaid on the due date, the digest continues for a 7-day grace period.
- Lapse: if it is still unpaid after the grace period, the subscription lapses and the founding rate is lost. Rejoining later is at the then-current standard rate.
- Pause: pause by email; the pause takes effect at the end of the current paid period and preserves your founding rate if you resume within 30 days.
- Cancellation: cancel any time by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with no refund for a partial period.
- Trial: the trial is 7 days free, with no payment details taken up front. A trial is not a paid subscription.
How payment works (Payoneer)
- Email us your sectors and regions using the form below (or write to info@bidwisebureau.com).
- Your free 7 days start the next weekday. Nothing is due.
- Before day 8 we email a Payoneer “Request a Payment” for $39 (monthly) or $390 (annual). Pay it from your Payoneer balance or by bank/card through Payoneer's page.
- Each renewal is a fresh Payoneer request — you approve every payment; nothing is auto-charged.
Who it is for
Service firms that bid US federal, Canadian federal or EU work and cannot afford to learn about a notice after the response window has closed. If the weekly picture is enough, the free Monday Brief stays free. If you want us to also write the bids, see the Outsourced Bid Department.
What it is not
No ads and no sponsored items. We name companies only from public award records. Australia is covered as awards/recompete intelligence only — the official AusTender feed does not publish open tenders (see coverage). Pro is information, not proposal writing and not a guarantee of eligibility or award.
