Bundle terms — All-Access Workbook Bundle ($149 one-time)
- What is included: the Tracked Tender Dataset workbook, the US Sources Sought & RFI Tracker workbook and the Australia Awards & Recompete workbook, plus exactly 12 monthly refreshed sets during the entitlement year. Bidwise Pro is not included; it is a separate subscription.
- Entitlement start: the date your Payoneer payment clears. Entitlement end: 12 months after the start date.
- Refresh cadence: one refreshed set — all three workbooks, built from a new scanner snapshot — is emailed to you each month, by the 10th day of the month or the next business day.
- Delivery: by email only, and only after payment has cleared. No portal, no login.
- Snapshot limitations: each workbook is a capped tracked set (200 records per market, keyword-filtered) from our daily scans — it is not complete portal data. Always verify deadlines and eligibility on the original notice.
- Missed refresh: if a monthly refreshed set is missed, your entitlement extends by one month for each missed set, at no charge.

- Refunds: after the first set has been delivered, the bundle is non-refundable — except where delivery failed entirely, in which case we refund in full.
How delivery works
Order with the form below. We reply with a Payoneer payment request at the listed price; when it clears, the workbook is emailed to you the same business day. Need to pay by invoice or purchase order instead? Email info@bidwisebureau.com and we will send one at the listed price. Something wrong in a file, or need a cut we do not publish? Tell us — custom pulls are quoted flat before we start.
