Who this is for
A service firm looking at a live government solicitation — US federal, Canadian federal, EU or Australian — with a deadline close enough that a wrong bid decision costs real money. You have the notice and its documents, but no reliable map of what is mandatory, what evidence you already hold, and what would disqualify you.
The problem it addresses
Most lost bids are lost before writing starts: a mandatory form missed, an amendment not folded in, evidence the firm does not actually have, or a requirement buried in an attachment. This review finds those traps while there is still time to act — or to walk away cheaply.
Exactly what you receive
- Source-linked requirement/evidence matrix — every extracted requirement tied to its source document and section.
- Amendment baseline — the amendment state the review was performed against, stated on the deliverable.
- Document-completeness observations — what was present, what was missing, what could not be reviewed.
- Disqualification gates separated from scored factors — pass/fail requirements are never blended into evaluation criteria.
- Missing-evidence and owner-action list — the gaps, and the action each one needs from you.
- Bid/no-bid scorecard with assumptions — a structured recommendation with its assumptions printed on it.
Every deliverable is human-reviewed before delivery. Work is prepared with AI assistance and checked by a person; see our privacy page for how material is handled.
Published scope
One solicitation; up to 60 extracted requirements; up to 50 source pages; up to 3 amendments; one written clarification round. Delivery within two business days of completed intake. Anything larger is re-quoted in writing before payment — we never start larger work on the $149 price. Full terms: terms of service.
What “completed intake” means
All of the following: the required solicitation documents have been received; amendments have been received or accounted for; the deadline and its time zone have been confirmed; payment has cleared; the client contact has been confirmed; sensitive-material handling has been accepted; unresolved assumptions have been listed; and no missing item would make the promised review misleading. The two-business-day clock starts at completed intake — never at first email.
Price, credit and payment
$149 flat. The full $149 is credited toward a full proposal package on the same tender when ordered within 14 days. Payment is by Payoneer payment request, sent by email after the scope is agreed; work begins after the payment clears. We never charge a percentage of contract awards or any success fee.
What is excluded
- No legal, cost-accounting, price-certification or eligibility advice or conclusions.
- No guarantee of shortlisting, award, or any evaluation outcome — award decisions belong to the buying authority.
- No proposal drafting (that is the separate full proposal service), and no review of material we cannot accept: controlled, classified, export-restricted, ITAR or CUI material is not accepted for this service.
- Email-only workflow: no calls are required or offered at any stage.
