The cycle the tools follow
The toolset is organised the way a bid actually moves. Discover: the Tender Explorer searches the live index — tenders from SAM.gov, CanadaBuys, TED and AusTender, scanned daily — with filters, saved tenders and a deadline calendar. Analyse: the Document Analysis Workspace reads a tender document you hold and returns cited deadlines, requirements and risks. Prepare: planners, calculators and checklist builders turn the decision into a work plan. Every tool states its limit on its own card; the ones still being designed are labelled Proposed or Planned on the tools page, not quietly implied to exist.
Evaluate an opportunity
- Tender Opportunity Fit Score — a transparent 0–100 indicative score against your industry, geography, experience, certifications and financial capacity, with the gaps and missing information shown. Indicative only: not an eligibility determination and not a win prediction.
- Bid / No-Bid Calculator — replaces gut-feel decisions with recorded reasoning: your deadline, experience, eligibility, capacity, incumbent and margin answers become an indicative score, a verdict and the evidence still missing. It uses your answers only; it does not read the documents.
- Eligibility Pre-Check — short structured answers about registration, exclusions and capacity, returned with the conditions still to verify on the source notice. A pre-check, not a determination — the notice itself governs.
Understand a tender
- Document Analysis Workspace — upload a PDF, DOCX, TXT or MD file (max 10 MB) and get cited deadlines, requirements, risks and clarification questions, plus an exportable compliance matrix.
- Tender Requirement Extractor — paste tender text and get requirements grouped as mandatory, technical, administrative, financial, eligibility and submission, each with its line citation.
- Amendment Comparison — original text against amended text: new, removed and modified requirements and changed deadlines, with an impact warning.
Prepare the bid
- Bid Response Planner — work packages, tasks and review checkpoints on working-day milestones, from a title, deadline and jurisdiction.
- Document Completeness Checker — the documents a tender requires against the ones you mark present: a present/missing list with source references and the action for each gap.
- Working-Day Deadline Calculator — working days remaining, plus internal draft, red-team and QA milestones, computed on starter federal holiday sets that the tool discloses.
- Readiness and submission checklists — a guided readiness checklist, and a tender-specific submission checklist built from your extracted requirements.
- Bid Calendar — saved-tender and analysis deadlines in one list, exportable as .ics to your own calendar app (free account).
Know the market
The Award Intelligence Explorer searches published award records — awarding authority, title, date, value where the source publishes it, and the original source link, labelled as awards. Buyer Intelligence Profiles aggregate the index by authority: open versus award counts, categories, markets and snapshot freshness. For who holds what until when, the static companion is recompete intelligence.
The data behind the tools, stated honestly
Everything runs on a dated snapshot of the four official sources, refreshed by daily scans; the scan date is shown where the numbers appear, and whether a tender is open is computed from its closing date when you view it. A listing is a discovery aid — deadlines, requirements and amendments change, and the original notice (always linked) is the authority. Where a source is partial — AusTender publishes awards, not live approaches to market — the tools say so rather than implying coverage that does not exist.
Free tools, paid depth
The tools above are free to run on the tools page. When a tender matters enough to have its documents read for you, the paid services take over: the compliance matrix + bid/no-bid review at $149, red-team review at $299, full proposal packages from $950, and an outsourced bid department from $2,000 a month — all published on the pricing page, all ordered by email, and none of them charging a percentage of an award, ever.
